Solar silicon mesh belt is mainly used in the heat treatment of photovoltaic industry(solar silicon panel). It is mainly made of high temperature alloy of stainless steel Cr20Ni80. The surface is welded with needles according to requirement. So it is also called needle mesh belt, or bridge mesh belt. The silicon board is put onto the contact point of needles for heat treatment.
It is widely used in conveying products of light furnace, drying furnace furnace and sintering furnace of silicon chips. Main materials are 310S, 314, Cr20Ni80 . The weaving is balanced type.
During single and double track conveying, the surface of the belt is welded with needles so that it reduces touch between silicon chip and mesh belt, and ensure the safety of the whole assembly.
There are many specifications of needles for your choice to ensure safe conveying. Some of needles increase service life after nano coating treatment.
